“Simple science experiments – a meaningful, motivating and memorable way of learning English.”
The pupils of class 2e experienced a fun way of learning English and also some basic rules of chemical reactions in the “Halloween English lesson”.
After reading the instructions in English and hollowing out the pumpkins, they poured in a mixture of warm water, dish soap, baking soda and food colouring. Finally some vinegar was added to get the eruption going!
After the lesson, the students agreed that hands-on learning is an effective and entertaining way to learn a foreign language!
