On the 28th February 2024 we, class 4d, went on a class excursion to the Volkshochschule Amstetten. There we cooked different types of dishes like: Caesar Salad, Springrolls, Savory Vegetable Muffins and an amazing Apple Crumble. Mrs. Jackson-Squire taught us how to eat healthily and exact discipline . Additionally, we also learned how to be a team player. Not to mention everyone did a good job and the food tasted splendid! In our opinion the Apple Crumble tasted the best because it was sweet, soft and fresh.
It was a wonderful day, all thanks to our teacher, Mag. Jackson-Squire.
