Nach dem aufgrund von Schneemangel am Kitzsteinhorn abgesagten Skitrainingscamp 1 Ende Oktober, freuten wir uns alle auf ein erstes gemeinsames Wiedersehen beim mittlerweile j\u00e4hrlich stattfindenden <strong>sensomotorischen Training<\/strong> in Wieselburg. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mag. Wilhelm M\u00fcller<\/strong> (ehemalige Prof. und Leiter der Skirennlaufgruppe und Obmann des Vereins <a href=\"https:\/\/www.b-l-austria.at\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Wellnes aktiv BL Austria<\/strong><\/a>) hatte aber heuer nicht nur ein anstrengendes Training mit <strong>Bosu B\u00e4llen<\/strong>, <strong>Slings<\/strong> und <strong>Slacklines<\/strong> vorbereitet, sondern zus\u00e4tzlich den benachbarten <a href=\"https:\/\/fightingarts.at\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/fightingarts.at\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Kampfsportverein Fighting Arts<\/strong> <\/a>angeheuert, um unseren Sch\u00fclerInnen ein m\u00f6glichst abwechslungsreiches Training zu bieten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W\u00e4hrend beim sensomotorischen Training die Verbesserung <strong>des Zusammenspiels von Reizen (Sensorik) und Bewegungsabl\u00e4ufen (Motorik)<\/strong> und die <strong>St\u00e4rkung des Rumpfes<\/strong> in Vordergrund stand, wurde beim <strong>Boxtraining<\/strong> die <strong>Kraftausdauer, Handlungsschnelligkeit<\/strong> und die <strong>Schnellkraft<\/strong> trainiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich bei den beiden Vereinen und den Trainern f\u00fcr das l\u00e4ssige Training in Wieselburg!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Mag.
